摘要
目的通过探讨10%转化糖注射治疗新生儿缺氧性心肌损伤的临床疗效,旨在为提高临床治疗效率和新生儿预后恢复提供理论依据。方法选择2013年1月~2015年6月在我院接受治疗的新生儿缺氧性心肌损伤患儿60例,随机平均分成研究组和对照组,对照组患儿给予静脉注射1,6-二磷酸果糖,研究组患儿静脉注射10%转化糖,对比治疗前后CK、CK—MB、LDH、AST的变化情况,记录两组患儿心肌损伤症状消失时间、心功能恢复时间、循环恢复时间及住院时间,并统计两组治疗有效率。结果研究组患儿治疗后CK为(151.48±7.26)U/L、CK—MB为(20.43±1.12)U/L、LDH为(128.04±5.18)U/L、AST为(57.30±6.26)U/L,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);研究组患儿心肌损伤症状消失时间为(3.54±0.78)d、心功能恢复时间为(4.83±0.39)d、循环恢复时间为(4.96±0.79)d、住院时间为(7.16±1.02)d、治疗有效率为93.33%,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论10%转化糖注射治疗新生儿缺氧性心肌损伤能快速改善心肌功能、提高治疗效率。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of 10% inverted sugar injection in treatment of neonatal hypoxie myocardial damage and to provide theoretical basis for improvement of clinical treatment efficiency and prognosis of patients. Methods Sixty patients with neonatal hypoxie myocardial damage treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were seleted and randomly equally divided into study group and control group. Patients in the.control group were treated by 1,6-fructose diphosphate i.v., and patients in the study group were treated by 10% inverted sugar i.v. The changes of CK, CK-MB, LDH, and AST before and after treatment were compared, the extinction time of myocardial damage symptoms, recovery time of cardiac function, recovery time of circulation, and time of hospital stay of both groups were recorded, and the effective rate of treatment of the two groups were calculated. Results After treatment, CK of the study group was (151.48±7.26) U/L, CK-MB was (20.43±1.12) U/L, LDH was (128.04±5.18)U/L, and AST was (57.30±6.26) U/L, which were all superior to those of the control group with statistical significance (P〈0.05). In the study group, the extinction time of myocardial damage symptoms was (3.54±0.78) d, the recovery time of cardiac function was (4.83±0.39) d, the recovery time of circulation was (4.96±0.79) d, the time of hospital stay was (7.16±1.02) d, and the effective rate of treatment was 93.33%, which were all superior to those of the control group with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The therapy of 10% inverted sugar injection in treatment of neonatal hypoxie myocardial damage can rapidly improve the myocardial function and enhance treatment efficiency.
