摘要
目的:给管理者提供潜在的医疗数据分析,以合理分配门诊医疗资源,提高医疗质量,改善门诊就医。方法:从患者就诊方面入手,在医院大数据处理分析方面,利用商业智能(BI)、数据仓库等先进技术,建立数据中心和多维分析模型,实现对门诊诊疗的监测与分析。结果:基于大数据的商业智能平台应用,不仅有助于医院合理分配医疗资源,有效减少门诊患者无效等待,而且做到防患于未然,避免了不必要的纠纷发生。结论:通过基于大数据的商业智能(BI)平台,对医院门诊业务数据进行深入分析和深层次挖掘,有助于管理者改善门诊就医难、扎堆就医现象,而且通过对敏感指标的监控预警,使医院做到事前预防,有助于实现医院数字化、精细化、智能化的管理。
Objective:To provide the potential medical data analysis to the managers in order to reasonably allocate the outpatient medical resources,improve the medical quality,improve outpatient medical treatment.Methods:Starting from the patients and the Institute data processing analysis,using advanced technology of business intelligence(BI),data warehouse,establish a data center and multidimensional analysis model,monitoring and analysis of clinic diagnosis and treatment.Results:Based on the application of business intelligence platform data,is not only helpful to hospital reasonable distribution of medical resources,reduce outpatient invalid waiting,but also to achieve the nip in the bud,to avoid unnecessary disputes.Conclusion:Through based on the data of business intelligence(BI) platform and the data of outpatient service in hospital for further analysis and deep mining,owners and managers to improve outpatient medical treatment is difficult,get together medical phenomenon,but also through the sensitive index of monitoring and early warning,allowing the hospital to do beforehand prevention,helps to realize the management of hospital digitization and fine,intelligent.
