摘要
探讨了《铸造工艺学》课程的知识体系结构、教学体系和教学方法,《铸造工艺学》课程知识体系结构分为金属与铸型界面作用、砂型和砂芯制造和铸造工艺设计三大部分,每部分划分为若干知识模块;教学体系为由课堂教学、网络教学、课堂实验、课程设计和实训参练五部分构建的理论教学平台和实践教学平台。采用分块教学实训法、工程案例教学法、讨论式教学法、罗列对比教学法、思维探究教学法,结合传统板书式与多媒体教学方式提高教学质量。
This paper discusses the foundry technology "curriculum knowledge structure,teaching system and teaching methods,the foundry technology for metal and mold interface effect,sand and sand core manufacturing and casting process design of curriculum knowledge system structure,each part is divided into a plurality of knowledge modules;teaching system on the grounds of classroom teaching,network teaching,classroom experiments,course design and practice reference practice five parts to construct the theory teaching system and practice teaching platform.The block teaching training method,engineering case teaching method,discussion teaching method,list the contrastive teaching method,thinking of inquiry teaching method,combined with the traditional writing on the blackboard and multimedia teaching methods to improve the teaching quality.
