摘要 根据DL/T 1290—2013《直接空冷机组真空严密性试验方法》规定,汽轮机在运行中需要定期进行真空严密性试验,用以检查机组真空系统的严密性。对直接空冷机组而言,由于其凝汽器冷却介质是空气,所以凝汽器冷却效果受环境因素影响较为突出。在进行机组真空严密性试验时,环境因素对试验结果的影响同样较大。介绍了直接空冷机组真空严密性试验的方法,分析了影响试验结果的主要因素,评价了试验结果的准确性,提出了通过机组运行参数判断真空系统泄漏的方法。 According to the regulations of DL / T 1290—2013:Test Method on Vacuum Tightness of Direct Air-cooled Generating Unit,a vacuum tightness test must be carried out at fixed period in the operation of a steam turbine in order to check the tightness of the unit vacuum system. For direct air-cooled generating unit,the cooling effect of a condenser is greatly influenced by environment factors because the cooling medium of condenser is air.Similarly,the test results are also greatly influenced by environment factors when doing a vacuum tightness test. This paper introduced the test method on vacuum tightness of direct air-cooled generating unit,and analyzed the major factors which affect test results. Then the accuracy of test results is evaluated and a judgment method of vacuum system leakage through unit operation parameters is proposed.
