摘要
黄酮类化合物是金银花的有效成分之一,具有优良的抗氧化、清除自由基、抗炎及调节心血管系统等作用。目前金银花中黄酮类化合物的提取方法主要包括浸提法、乙醇回流法、超声波法和微波法,但对其纯化方法的研究还比较欠缺。通常采用紫外可见分光光度法、高效液相色谱法和毛细管电泳法来检测金银花提取液中的黄酮类化合物,相比较而言紫外可见分光光度法最为常用,接下来是高效液相色谱法,最后为毛细管电泳法。对金银花中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺及其检测方法做了简单的综述,旨在为我国的金银花以及金银花中黄酮类化合物的开发、研究、利用提供借鉴。
Flavonoid is an effective ingredient of Flos lonicerae,which has strong biological and physiological activity, such as antioxidant, scavenging free radicals, anti inflammatory, regulating the cardiovascular system and so on. At present, the main extraction methods of flavonoids from flos lonicerae include: impregnation method, ethanol reflux method, ultrasonic extraction method and microwave extraction method. However, there is few research on purification method of flavonoids. The ultraviolet spectrophotometry, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and capillary electrophoresis were used to characterize the flavonoids. Among them,the ultraviolet spectrophotometry was the most common method. In this paper, the flavonoids extraction and determination method were interviewed, which could provide reference for the research, development and application of flavonoids in flos lonicerae in the future.
