摘要
采用1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、还原力4种模型研究玉米须粗多糖的抗氧化活性,试验结果表明玉米须粗多糖在浓度分别为0.1、1.0、2.0 mg/m L时对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的半抑制浓度IC50分别为0.141、1.429、2.891 mg/m L,具有一定的还原能力,存在着明显的量效关系,有进一步研究的价值。
4 methods including 1, 1-diphenyl bitter basis phenylhydrazine(DPPH) free radical, hydroxyl free radical, superoxide anion free radicals and reducing power were used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the crude polysaccharide from corn silk in vitro. And the crude polysaccharide of concentration values of 0.1,1.0and 2.0 mg/mL respectively scavenged DPPH free radical, hydroxyl radical and super anion radical as half maximal inhibitory concentration IC50 was values of 0.141,1.429 and 2.891 mg/mL, which had some reducing power, existed obviously concentration-response relationship. It is worthy of further study.
