摘要
提出了奥氏体不锈钢管氧化皮剥落是一个世界公认的难题,根据山西某电厂超临界参数锅炉末级过热器因氧化皮剥落造成的爆管事故,分析了氧化皮生成和剥落的机理,总结了使氧化皮受控剥落的有效技术措施,对同类型机组具有借鉴意义。
Oxide layer exfoliation of austenitic stainless steel is the world difficult problem to deal with. In this paper, according to the tube-burst of critical boiler final superheater in a Shanxi plant,the reasons of oxide layer formation and exfoliation are analyzed. The measures to render the oxide layer exfoliation in control are summarized, which could provide references for the unit of the same type.
