辣椒遗传图谱构建和重要性状QTL定位研究进展

摘要 辣椒是我国重要的蔬菜作物,其产量及安全与人们的生活息息相关。现代生物技术使辣椒育种由传统育种向分子标记辅助育种发展。通过对分子标记在辣椒遗传图谱构建及其重要性状QTL定位研究中的应用进行详尽的概述,旨在为辣椒高产、高抗和优质分子辅助育种提供理论参考。 Pepper is one of the most important vegetable crops, its safety production and yield are nearly related to people's lives. Traditional pepper breeding is developing to molecular mark assisted breeding because of the improvement of modern biotechnology. This paper summarized the research progress of genetic mapping and QTLs of important traits in pepper, which would provide theory reference for high-yield, high-resistance and high-quality breeding in pepper.
