摘要
为改善40.5 k V开关柜D型母线穿墙套管出现局部绝缘老化、尖端放电问题,提出在穿墙套管内部增加高低电位的屏蔽环进行优化设计.利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench分别对穿墙套管无屏蔽、穿墙套管有高低电位屏蔽、优化后的穿墙套管高低电位屏蔽3种方案进行系统仿真.仿真结果表明:优化后的穿墙套管内部空气域和外部空气域的电场均低于空气临界击穿场强值,屏蔽效果非常显著.
To avoid the partial insulation aging and point discharge of wall bushing of 40. 5 k V switchgear of D-Bus,design optimization was proposed by increasing shielding ring inside the wall bushing. Simulations by ANSYS Workbench were conducted including unshielded wall bushing, high-low potential shielded wall bushing,and high-low shielding wall bushing. The result shows that the field strength of the air inside and outside the optimized shielding wall bushing are both lower than the field strength of critical breakdown and the shielding effects are of great significance.
