摘要
随着高等教育的不断发展,我国应届毕业生的人数逐年增加,巨大的就业压力,使高职院校大学生在就业过程中产生了一系列的心理问题。如何帮助高职院校大学生以良好的心态顺利就业,成为社会、企业和家庭共同关注的一个问题。
With the development of higher education, the number of the new graduates is increasing more every year. With the great employment pressure, students of higher vocational colleges may face some psychological problems. It is the common concern for the society, enterprises and families to help the higher vocational college students to obtain employment in a good state of mind.
