摘要
永州地处湘江源头,是湘江流域生态安全的重要屏障,生态环境是永州的生产力。新型城镇化战略实施以来,永州城镇化建设稳步推进,产城互动力度加大,城镇化管理水平提高,城市形象明显提升,但仍存在城镇化建设中生态意识不强,城镇化水平低,规划引领作用不突出,经济、产业支撑力不够等问题。永州在城镇化过程中应坚持实施生态城镇化发展战略,强化生态理念,科学规划,建立现代化的生态型产业支撑体系,加强制度保障,增加城市吸引力,建立生态城镇化考核机制,注重提升中心城区、县城及小城镇的生态品质。
Yongzhou is located in the place of Xiangjiang River source, which is one of the important barrier in Xiangjiang River basin ecological safety, and ecological environment is the productivity of Yongzhou. New implementation of the strategy of urbanization, Yongzhou steadily pushes forward the urbanization construction, strengthening production city interaction, improving the management level of urbanization, and urban image is improved significantly, but there are still many problems, such as the urbanization construction in ecological consciousness is not strong, the low level of urbanization, planning and leading role is not prominent, the economy, industry support and other issues. So it suggests Yongzhou in the process of urbanization that should adhere to the implementation of the ecological urbanization development strategy, to strengthen the ecological concept, scientific planning, and set up modem ecological industry support system, to strengthen the institutional guarantee and to increase the city attraction, and to establish ecological urbanization evaluation mechanism, to improve central city, county and town ecological quality.
