微创经皮钢板置入内固定修复胫骨远端骨折的效果及术后并发症分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的对胫骨远端骨折患者予以微创经皮钢板置入内固定加以治疗,且对其临床治疗效果与并发症发生情况进行观察。方法本组62例胫骨远端骨折病患,将其分为甲组与乙组,其中甲组采取微创经皮钢板置入固定治疗,乙组采取传统治疗方法,并对两组患者的治疗情况加以观察。结果甲组患者手术治疗时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及骨折愈合时间等均比乙组患者少,存在显著性的差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胫骨远端骨折患者采取微创经皮钢板内固定治疗,临床治疗效果佳,且并发症发生概率低,值得推广。 Objective Were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation of distal tibial fracture, and the clinical efficacy and complications were observed. Method This group of patients 62 cases of distal tibial fractures, divided into group A and group B, wherein the first group to adopt minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation in treatment, B group took the traditional treatment methods, and treatment in the two groups of patients to be observed. Results A treatment with operation time, bleeding volume during operation, hospitalization time, healing time of fracture and other than group B patients less, there were significant differences, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Take the minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis for the treatment of distal tibial fractures, patients with obvious curative effect, and low incidence of complications, worthy of promotion.
