摘要
SCR脱硝催化剂一般由载体和活性组分两部分构成。载体按组成类型可分为金属氧化物载体、沸石分子筛载体、活性炭载体、复合氧化物载体等;活性组分可以分为贵金属、非贵金属以及贵金属与非贵金属配合几种类型。文章对国内外SCR催化剂活性组分及载体的核心专利技术进行了概述和分析,并展望了SCR催化剂活性组分及载体工艺技术的发展方向和趋势。
SCR denitration catalyst is generally formed by carrier and active component. The Carrier is one of metal oxide, zeolite molecular sieve, activated carbon or composite oxide, etc. The active component is noble metal, non-noble metal or composite of noble metal and non-noble metal. In this paper, patent technology of the SCR catalyst active component and carrier at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed. The direction and tendency of the development for patent technology of the SCR catalyst active component and carrier are prospected.
