摘要
目的:观察加减银红丸对盆腔炎性疾病大鼠TNF-α、NF-κB、Caspase-3的影响。方法:以Wistar雌性大鼠为实验对象,采用机械损伤加混合细菌感染法建立盆腔炎性疾病动物模型,运用银红丸的3个优化组方对模型大鼠进行治疗,观察各组大鼠治疗前后血清中TNF-α的浓度变化,及大鼠子宫内膜NF-κB、Caspase-3的表达情况。结果:F、G组与模型组间比较,对各指标均有显著治疗意义,E组对NF-κB的反应不敏感,对TNF-α、Caspase-3的治疗效果显著。结论:加减银红丸对盆腔炎性疾病模型大鼠疗效显著。
Objective: Observing the effect of Add and Subtract Yinhong Pill on rat's TNF-α protein,NF-κB protein,Caspase-3protein expression with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: Female Wistar rats as the experimental objects,the mechanical damage and mixed bacterial infection method has been used to establish animal model of pelvic inflammatory disease,then the rat model of the preparation of the mechanical damage and mixed infection was treated with three optimized prescription of Yinhong Pill. Observing the changes of uterine cavity tissue and serum TNF-α,NF-κB,Caspase-3before and after treatment of rats in all groups. Results: Comparison between F and G group and model group,the treatment of various indexes had significant meaning,Group E's response to the NF-κB was not sensitive,while the treatment of TNF-α,Caspase-3was remarkable.Conclusion: Add and subtract Yinhong Pill has a good effect of pelvic inflammatory disease model in rats
