摘要
研究了硫黄硫化体系(CV、SEV、EV)、硫载体硫化体系(DTDM/S、DTDM/TMTD)、过氧化物硫化体系(DCP、DCP/S)对NR蠕变性能的影响。结果表明,硫黄硫化体系中,半有效硫黄硫化体系(SEV)硫化的NR的抗蠕变性能优于普通硫黄硫化体系(CV)和有效硫黄硫化体系(EV)硫化的NR;硫载体硫化体系中,硫载体与硫黄并用的半有效体系硫化的NR胶料抗蠕变性优于硫载体有效体系硫化的胶料;过氧化物硫化的NR抗蠕变性较差,并用硫黄后抗蠕变性改善;适当提高硫化胶交联密度,可提高其抗蠕变性能;以-Sx-为主的硫化胶蠕变相对要小一些,-C-C-、-S-和-S2-为主的硫化胶蠕变较大。
The effect of sulfur curing system,sulphur carrier curing system and peroxide curing system on creep of NR vulcanizates were investigated.The results showed that the creep value of NR vulcanizate cured by semi-efficient vulcanization system was smaller than that of NR vulcanizate cured by conventional vulcanization and efficient vulcanization system.The creep value of NR vulcanizate cured by semi-efficient vulcanization of sulphur carrier blended with sulfur was smaller than that of NR vulcanizate cured by efficient vulcanization system of sulphur carrier blended with TMTD.The creep value of NR vulcanizate cured by peroxide was bigger than that of NR vulcanizates cured by sulfur curing system and sulphur carrier curing system.The creep value of NR vulcanizate decreased when peroxide blended with sulfur.The results also showed that appropriate increase of cross-linking density in NR vulcanizates could improve its anti-creep properties.
