摘要
以丙烯酸和苯酚及对羟基苯甲酸为原料合成了对丙烯酸苯酯和丙烯酰氧基苯甲酸。其结构通过红外光谱进行了表征,研究了反应时间,反应温度以及反应介质对两种酯化反应的影响。结果表明:四氢呋喃和吡啶混合溶剂做反应介质,反应温度50℃,反应时间4 h的条件下,酯化产率高。对比苯酚的酯化反应和对羟基苯甲酸的酯化反应,羧基影响酚羟基的酯化反应进程,通过增大吡啶的用量,提高了酯化反应的产率。
Using acrylic acid, phenol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid as reactants, phenyl acrylate and p-acryloxybenzoic acid were respectively synthesized by esterification reaction. Their structures were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, and the influence of reaction conditions(such as time, temperature and medium) on the esterification reaction was studied. The results show that, the yield can reach to the highest level when reaction medium is tetrahydrofuran and pyridine mixture, reaction temperature is 50 ℃ and reaction time is 4 h. Moreover, the carboxyl in p-hydroxybenzoic acid molecule can influence the esterification process, and increasing pyridine content is favorable for the production of p-acryloxybenzoic acid.
