摘要
当前湖南农业信息化建设存在缺乏农业信息投入机制、农业信息化基础设施薄弱、农业信息服务体系建设有待加强、农业信息资源没有得到充分利用等问题。因此在农业信息化建设的过程中应该完善农业信息化体系的基础建设,形成多方参与的建设投入机制;逐步完善农业信息服务体系,积极为农民提供各类信息服务;提高湖南省农业信息化服务水平,加快农业信息化建设进程。
There had some problems in Hunan agricultural informatization construction such as agriculture informatization infrastructure was weak, agricultural information resources was underutilized,etc. Therefore we should improve the agricultural informationization system construction, actively provide farmers with all kinds of information services, etc in the process of agricultural informationization construction.
