常压塔顶管线腐蚀案例分析及定期检验对策

摘要 常压塔是炼化厂常减压装置中的关键设备,常压塔顶冷凝冷却系统的腐蚀问题影响着装置的长周期安全运行。特别是近些年来随着炼化厂原油的硫含量越来越高,常压塔顶冷凝冷却系统腐蚀失效事故越发频繁。文中通过一起常压塔顶冷却系统管线腐蚀检验案例,结合生产工艺,分析了该管线内外腐蚀的原因,并提出了定期检验过程中制订有针对性的检验方案、重视宏观检验、加强腐蚀介质监测和有针对性的厚度检测等应对措施,效果明显。 Atmospheric tower is the key equipment of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation units of the refinery,and overhead condensing atmospheric corrosion problems affect the long period safe operation.Especially in recent years,with the increasing of the sulfur content of crude oil,overhead condensing cooling system corrosion failure incidents become more frequent.Together with the piping corrosion inspection case of the atmospheric cooling system overhead and the production process,the reasons for the internal and external corrosion were analyzed,and the suggestions of periodic inspection with respect to inspection scheme,macro inspection,corrosive medium enhancement,and thickness detection were proposed,thus achiving obvious effects.
