摘要 利用无机-有机包覆工艺制备高耐候性二氧化钛,并以有机硅作为有机包膜剂。采用红外光谱(IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、透射电镜(TEM)等对制备的二氧化钛进行了表征。红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱表明有机硅以化合键方式结合在二氧化钛表面,透射电镜表明二氧化钛表面形成了有机包覆层,耐温性实验表明制备的高耐候性二氧化钛具有优良的流动性,耐热温度达到300℃以上。 High-weatherable titanium dioxide was prepared by inorganic and organic coating process,silicone was used as organic coating agent. The prepared samples were characterized by IR,XPS,TEM. According to the spectra of IR and XPS,it was found that silicone was bound on the surface of Ti O2 particles. According to the spectra of TEM,it was found forming an organic coating layer. The temperature resistance experiments showed that the prepared high-weatherable titanium dioxide had good fluidity,and the heat-resistance temperature reached above 300 ℃.
