摘要
该文以白三叶种子为试验材料,通过盆栽实验研究了盐肤木叶浸提液对铅胁迫白三叶幼苗生长的影响,并分析了其组织细胞学机制。结果表明,经盐肤木叶浸提液处理后,铅胁迫白三叶幼苗苗高、根长明显增加,组织细胞形状、大小及排列疏密程度发生改变,栅栏组织细胞形态较为清晰;盐肤木叶浸提液处理对铅胁迫白三叶幼苗生长具有明显的促进作用。
In present paper the seeds of Trifolium repens L.are taken as test materials,the effects of Rhus chinensis Mill. leaf extracts on Trifolium repens L. seedlings growth under lead stress by pot experiment were studied,and the histocytology mechanism was analysed too. The results indicated that seedlings height and roots length of Trifolium repens L. under lead stress observably increased. Cell shape,size and the density of the arrangement obviously changed,and cell morphology of the fence became more clear. It was obviously for Rhus chinensis Mill. leaf extracts to promote Trifolium repens L. seedlings growth under lead stress.
