摘要
在一定条件下,植物叶片叶绿素含量的多少在一定程度上反应了植物的光合生理状态。为更好的研究植物对环境的适应性,并提供一定的基础数据和科学依据,以内蒙古农业大学东区校园内5种常见的绿化树种为研究对象,利用SPAD-502叶绿素计测量其叶片的SPAD值,研究其短期内的时间动态,并进行对比分析。结果表明:不同植物间叶片的SPAD值存在一定差异,同一植物叶片的SPAD值在一天内也呈现一定的波动。SPAD值可以反映植物叶绿素含量的相对大小,差异产生可能与光照强度、植物品种、发育时期、测定叶位、温度等因素有关。
Under certain conditions, chlorophyll content can reflect the photosynthetic physiology of plants. In order to provide basic data and scientific basis for plant adaptability to the environment,five common greening species in the Inner Mongolia agricultural university eastern campus were selected as the research objects, and the SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter was used to measure the leaf SPAD values to study the short-term dynamics of chlorophyll content. The results showed that there were certain differences in SPAD values of different plants; and SPADvalues of the same plant leaves showed some fluctuations in one day. It might be relate to the light intensity, plant varieties,development period, temperature and so on.
