摘要
新出厂或再生的加氢裂化催化剂的活性物质主要是W、Mo、Ni、Co。通常,工业生产的加氢催化剂的活性金属组分以氧化态形式存在,研究结果表明,氧化态的催化剂活性低、稳定性差。而只有硫化态的催化剂才具有高加氢活性,能保证装置安全、平稳、长周期运行。本文研究了加氢裂化催化剂硫化的原理、方法、硫化剂的选择,以及催化剂硫化的操作步骤,为我公司加氢裂化开工催化剂的硫化提供参考。
The active substance of the newly manufactured or regenerated catalyst for the hydrogenation cracking is mainly W,Mo,Ni,Co. In general,the active metal component of the hydrogenation catalyst in industrial production is in the form of oxidation state. The results show that the activity of the oxidation state is low and the stability is poor. And only the sulfided catalyst has high hydrogenation activity,can ensure the device is safe,stable and long cycle operation. In this paper,the principles,methods,selection and operation steps of the catalyst for the hydrocracking catalyst were studied,providing a reference for the hydrocracking catalyst sulfiding of our company.
