摘要
[目的]为了研究不同营养水平日粮对西门塔尔杂交牛育肥后期生产性能的影响。[方法]本试验采用单因素随机区组设计,选择18头西门塔尔杂交牛,随机分为Ⅰ(低营养水平)组、Ⅱ(中营养水平)组和Ⅲ(高营养水平)组,进行为期90d的育肥试验。[结果]表明:随着日粮营养水平的提高,试验Ⅲ组平均日增重1.51kg显著高于试验Ⅰ组平均日增重1.23kg(P<0.05),Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组体长、体斜长、体长指数和肥度指数均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),屠宰率Ⅲ组显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),眼肌面积Ⅲ组显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),分别比Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组高23.42cm2和17.29cm2,试验Ⅲ组比Ⅱ组纯收入高269.55元,比Ⅰ组纯收入高440.10元。
[Objective]The aim of this paper was to study the effect of different nutritional level diets on fattening later performance of Simmental. [Method]By single factorial design, a total of 18 Simmental cat- tle were selected and randomly divided into three groups, which included group I (lower nutritional level), II (middle nutritional level) and III (high nutritional level). Then fattening trial lasted for 90 days. [Re- suit]The results were shown as follows: with the increase of dietary nutrient level, the average daily weight of group III (1.51 kg) was significantly higher than that of group I (1.23 kg) (P〈0.05). The body length, body slanting length, body length index and fertility indexes of group II, group III were sig- nificantly higher than those of group I (P〈 0.05). Slaughter rate of group III was significantly higher than that in group I and group II (P〈 0.05). Moreover, the eye muscle area of group III was significantly higher than that of group I and group II (P〈 0.05), and it had increased 23.42 cm^2 and 17.29 cm^2 than group I and group II, respectively. The pure income of group III was 269.55 yuan, 440.10 yuan higher than group II and group I, respectively.
