摘要 介绍了蔬菜中16种有机磷农药残留量的快速测定方法。样品中残留的农药经乙腈提取过滤后直接注入气相色谱仪中,经毛细管柱分离,用火焰光度检测器(FPD)同时测定16种有机磷类农药残留量。结果表明,在标准溶液中加入4.5 m L饱和Na Cl溶液,可消除由于农药水溶性问题而带来的系统误差。在大白菜、青椒、番茄、黄瓜中添加农药浓度为0.05~0.20 mg/kg时,16种农药的平均回收率为82.8%~105%,相对标准偏差0.61%~9.89%,方法检出限0.006~0.020 mg/kg。方法测定速度快,40min内完成样品的全部测定工作;方法还具有操作简单、试剂用量少以及准确度、精密度和灵敏度高等优点。 The method for rapid determination of 16 organophophorus pesticide residues in vegetables was developed. The sample was extracted by acetonitrile,and injected into the gas chromatograph for determination of 16 organophosphorus pesticide residues with flame photometric detector( FPD). The saturated Na Cl solution was added in the standard solution,and this could avoid the system error which was produced because the water-solubility of pesticides. The average recoveries of 16 pesticides ranged from 82. 8 %- 105 %,and the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were 0. 61 %- 9. 89 %. The minimum detection limits were 0. 006- 0. 020 mg / kg. This method had the merits of simplicity,rapidty,high accuracy and precision.
