高煤阶煤的发热量及其预测模型研究 被引量:7

摘要 煤的发热量是煤质评价和热工计算的重要参数,是动力用煤计价的主要依据。以沁水盆地沁南东区块山西组3#煤为研究目标,分析了煤的发热量及工业分析和元素分析测试数据,揭示了研究区煤的发热量与水分、灰分、碳含量和氢含量相关关系,分别建立了基于水分、灰分的煤发热量预测模型1和基于碳、氢含量的煤发热量预测模型2,并对模型进行误差分析和应用结果对比分析。研究结果表明:研究区山西组3#煤煤类为贫煤-无烟煤,发热量与水分、灰分及氢元素含量呈负相关关系,而与煤中碳元素含量呈正相关关系;所建立的两种预测模型预测值与实测值之间误差小,相对误差一般小于5%,均具有良好的应用前景,经对比分析,模型1的预测效果优于模型2。 Coal calorific value is an important parameter in coal quality evaluation and thermal calculation,also is the basis for valuation of power coal. Taking the coal No.3 of Shanxi Formation in southeast block in the Qinshui Basin as the target, analyzed coal calorific data and data from proximate and ultimate analyses have revealed relationship between calorific value and moisture, ash, carbon and hydrogen contents in the area. Coal calorific value prediction models I and II have been modeled, the former is based on moisture and ash contents, the later based on carbon and hydrogen contents, carried out model error analysis and application results contrastive analyses. The result has shown that coal ranks of coal No.3 in Shanxi Formation are meager coal to anthracite;coal calorific value and moisture, ash and hydrogen contents present negative correlation, while calorific value and carbon content positively correlated. The errors of models I and II between predicted results and measured values are small, with the relative error generally less than 5%, all have good application prospect. After contrastive analysis, the predicted results of model Ⅰ superior to model Ⅱ.
