摘要
残疾人职业教育是特殊教育发展与完善的主要内容,不仅可以提高残疾人就业率,也是实现残疾人平等融入社会的一个重要途径。经分析,韩国残疾人职业教育具有国家政策支持力度大、特教机构发展多元化、特教师资培养要求高、职业教育课程多样化等突出特点。启示我国应从政策、办学、师资、课程等几方面入手,加大对残疾人职业教育的帮扶力度,从而改善残疾人的就业、创业能力。
Vocational education can help disabled people increase the employment opportunities, thereby enabling them to be equal members of the society. Vocational education of South Korean disabled people has features of supports from national policies and regulations, developmental diversification of special education institutions, increase of teachers of special education, diversification of vocational education curricula, etc. China should strengthen policy making, school running, teachers, curricula, etc. and give more support to vocational education for the disabled so as to improve the employment and entrepreneurial abilities of disabled persons.
