摘要
主要分析了应用模糊数学理论,把模糊综合评价方法具体应用到煤矿防尘设施综合评价研究中,根据煤矿的实际情况将煤矿防尘安全综合评价指标体系分为综合防尘设备评价体系、井下环境评价体系、职工素质评价体系、安全管理因评价体系等4个子体系,3个层次,18个评价指标以及否决项。依据该指标体系,采用层次分析法、专家评判法确定了评价指标的权重,最后用模糊综合评价模型对阳煤集团一矿进行评价。该研究能促进煤矿防尘设施工作的有效开展,确保了煤矿安全生产。
Mainly analyzes the application of the theory of fuzzy mathematics, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method specific application to the comprehensive evaluation and research of the coal mine dust prevention facilities, according to the actual situa- tion of coal mine comprehensive evaluation index system of coal mine dust prevention safety can he divided into comprehensive dustproof equipment evaluation system, environment evaluation system, staff quality evaluation system, safety management eval- uation system and so on four statures system, three levels, 18 indexes and rejected items. According to the index system, using the analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, and finally use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate YangMei group a mine. The study can promote the effective work of coal mine dust prevention facilities, to ensure that the coal mine safety production.
