摘要
以柚皮为原材料,采用微波辅助乙醇法提取柚皮中的黄酮类化合物。通过乙醇浓度、料液比、微波提取时间、微波提取功率等单因素实验对提取效果的影响进行试验,并经正交试验优化得最佳条件为:处理时间为20s;乙醇浓度为80%;料液比为1:25;微波功率550W,在此条件下得黄酮类化合物的提取率为6.07%。试验结果表明,微波辅助乙醇法提取柚皮中黄酮类化合物,具有高效性和强选择性等特点以及操作简单,副产物少,提取率高和产物易提纯等优点。
Shaddock peel was used to extract flavonoids by microwave ethanol extraction method. The effects of ethanol concentration, liquid ratio, extraction time and microwave power on the extraction process were studied by single factor experiment. By orthogonal experiment and get the best extraction combination conditions: ethanol concentration 80%, liquid ratio 1:25, extraction time 20s, power 550W. The results indicated that microwave ethanol extraction compared with other methods, the rate is high, the efficiency is high, non-toxic, simplicity of operator, and many other kinds of advantages.
