摘要 目的观察和研究分层次教学法在ICU(重症监护病房)护理带教中的应用效果。方法将同一学校同一批次分配到我院ICU的护理实习生40名随机分为对照组与观察组各20名,其中对照组20名予以传统带教方式进行教学,观察组20名则严格按照分层次教学模式的带教方式进行教学,对比两种带教方式的应用效果,并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果采用分层次教学法的观察组实习生理论知识、专业操作、反应能力、护理病历、人文素养分数明显高于采用传统带教方式的对照组实习生,对照组与观察组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次教学模式的带教方式在ICU护理带教中效果显著,值得在ICU护理教学中进一步推广。 Objective To observe and study the application effect of level teaching method in the teaching of ICU nursing. Methods Selecting 40 nursing interns of ICU in our hospital, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was taught by traditional teaching method. The observation group was carried out level teaching method. Results Intern theory knowledge,professional operation, reaction ability, nursing record, humanistic literacy scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion The level teaching method in the teaching of ICU nursing has significant effect, and it is worthy of further promotion in ICU nursing teaching.
