摘要
民用运输类飞机货舱携带的各种各样物品中包含大量的易燃物质和危险材料,使货舱面临着严重的着火问题。货舱着火产生的危险烟雾和有毒气体进入到客舱和驾驶舱,危及乘客和机组人员的安全。在新机防火系统研制中,需对货舱烟雾穿透问题重点考虑,并要求通过飞行试验验证货舱着火产生的烟雾不会穿透进入到客舱和驾驶舱。本文结合某型飞机货舱烟雾穿透审定试飞,介绍了货舱烟雾穿透试验适航试飞方法,对今后同类科目试飞积累经验。
Cargo compartment in civil transport aircraft presents a potentially severe fire problem because of the large quantity and great variety of combustible materials,including hazardous materials.Hazardous quantities of smoke and toxic gases that produced by fire in the cargo compartment enters into passenger compartment and cabin compartment,which will be dangerous to passengers and crews.In the process of a new aircraft development,smoke penetration must be considered,and it should be demonstrated through flight test that smoke produced by fire in cargo compartment could not penetrate into passenger compartment and cabin compartment.On the basis of the smoke penetration airworthiness flight test of an airplane,smoke penetration flight test methods for cargo compartment of a civil aircraft is presented for accumulating experience on smoke penetration airworthiness demonstration test of cargo compartment of a civil aircraft.
