摘要
介绍了发动机试车台推力校准系统的组成和校准方法、液压推力自动校准的工作原理,分析了试车台推力校准的滞后和不可重复性及推力测试中的误差分类、来源等。
The composition and calibration methods of thrust calibration system for aeroengine are described in this paper.The working principle of the hydraulic thrust automatic calibration for aero-engine testing bench is described in detail,and the hysteresis and nonrepeatability of thrust calibration are analyzed.Finally,the error classification and error source of thrust test are analyzed in detail.
