摘要
目的:观察慢性砷中毒对小鼠骨骼肌形态学的变化,研究慢性砷中毒对小鼠骨骼肌的损伤机制。方法:将60只昆明种小鼠分为对照组、高、低剂量染砷组,检测各组小鼠血、尿以及骨骼肌中含砷量,采用电镜(透射)观察小鼠骨骼肌细胞内超微结构的变化。结果:各染砷组小鼠血、尿及骨骼肌中含砷量明显高于对照组(P<0.01);透射电镜显示正常组小鼠骨骼肌细胞结构未见异常,低砷染毒组骨骼肌细胞出现轻度损伤,高砷染毒组细胞出现Z线漂移,局部Z线消失,线粒体出现肿胀、内部嵴断裂,部分发生空泡样改变。结论:慢性砷中毒明显损伤小鼠骨骼肌细胞超微结构,并随浓度增加损害加重。
Objective: To study the effects of chronic arsenic poisoning on the change of skeletal muscles ultrastructure in mouse. Methods: A total of 60 healthy adult Kunming mouse were divided into three groups: the normal control group, high - dose group and low - dose group. They were respectively fed for 3 months. After the model of chronic arsenic poisoning was established, the exact amounts of arsenic in the rectus femoris, the blood and urine were measured. The change of ultrastructure in rectus femoris was observed by electron microscope. Results: The content of blood and urine in groups of arsenic poisoning was significandy higher than the group of normal control (P 〈 0. 05 ) By electron microscope, myofibril appeared disorderly and mitochondfia became swollen and vacuole in the high -dose group. Conclusion: Chronic arsenic poisoning might damage the ultrastructure on skeletal muscles in dose dependent manner.
