摘要
目的:探讨麝香保心丸治疗老年心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析老年心绞痛患者74例的临床资料。其中36例患者采用麝香保心丸治疗为观察组,38例患者采用消心痛治疗为对照组,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:两组临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率94.4%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心电图疗效总有效率86.1%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后LDL水平、TC水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);观察组治疗后LDL、TC水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组治疗后心绞痛发作频率显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);观察组治疗后心绞痛发作频率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组随访期间因心绞痛发作再就诊率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:麝香保心丸治疗老年心绞痛患者能够显著提高患者临床疗效,改善患者预后,降低患者心绞痛发作频率及因心绞痛再就诊率。
Objective：To discuss clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill for elderly angina. Methods：Clinical data of 74 cases with elderly angina were respectively analyzed. 36 cases with observer group were treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill,and 38 cases of control group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate tablets. Cliinical efficacy of two group was compared. Results：Total clinical efficiency of observer group was 94.4%,which was higher than control group（P〈0.05）. ECG total effective of observer group was 86.1%,which was higher than control group（P〈0.05）. LDL and TC levels of two groups after treatment were lower（P〈0.01）;LDL and TC levels of observer group after treatment were lower than control group（P〈0.01）. Angina frequency of two groups after treatment were lower（P〈0.01）;angina frequency of observer group after treatment were lower than control group（P〈0.01）. Retreatment rate of observer group after treatment were lower than control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Shexiang Baoxin Pill for elderly angina can improve clinical efficacy,improve prognosis,and reduce angina frequency and re-treatment rate.
