摘要 活塞裙部直接影响着敲缸、窜气、噪声等问题,目前占据主流地位的是中凸型线,但其具体型线函数没有定论。本文通过AVL EXCITE P&R软件对某V6发动机进行活塞动力学分析,对裙部型线进行优化,对比两机型的窜气量、磨损功、活塞摆角,优化裙部型线降低5.51%的磨损功,并提高稳定性,为活塞纵向型线设计提供利用指数方程构造的优化方案,并指出教程在定义缸套时使用2条经线的结果与真实变形缸套的结果有所差异。 The piston skirt directly affects the knock,channeling gas,and noise problems.The mainstream is convex contour at present,but the specific type of line function is not conclusive.Through the piston dynamics analysis of a V6 engine by AVL EXCITE PR software,the skirt linear was optimized,and the air leak amount,wearing power,and tilting angle of the two pistons were compared.The optimized one reduced wearing power by 5.51%and improved the stability,which provides optimization scheme for the piston vertical line design by exponential equation.The course uses the 2lines in the definition of the results is far from the actual deformation of cylinder liner results.
