摘要
结合地方经济发展需要与毕业生就业需求,以吉林化工学院应用物理学专业为基础,开设了微电子特色方向。详细说明了应用物理学微电子特色方向的人才培养目标,在原有教学体系的基础上提出了一些改革方案,对人才引进与教师进修提出建议,为未来院系改革,本科生培养方式修订打下基础。
Combining with the requirements of local economic development and of improving the graduates' employment rate, based on the specialty of Applied Physics in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology, microelectronics-featured major is established. This paper gives a detailed description of the training target, provides a series of reform program and puts forward some feasible measures for the talents introduction and teachers training so as to provide a foundation for reformation of our college and revision of cultivation program.
