环氧树脂增韧对聚四氟乙烯粘接性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了不同种类、不同用量端氨基液体丁腈橡胶(ATBN)增韧的环氧粘合剂对本体力学性能、玻璃化转变温度(T g)和钢-聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)拉剪粘接强度的影响。结果表明,随着ATBN用量增加,粘合剂本体拉伸强度逐步降低,断裂伸长率和拉剪粘接强度明显提高;ATBN种类对粘合剂拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、拉剪粘接强度影响不大,但影响其低温T g;以环氧树脂/×16型ATBN/固化剂/促进剂的重量份为100/50/45/1.5时,粘合剂综合性能最优,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和拉剪粘接强度分别为26.6 MPa、19.2%和12.8 MPa,高低温Tg分别为90.8℃和-44.3℃。 This paper studied the effect of type and amount of amine-terminated butadieneacrylonitrile (ATBN) rubber on the mechanical properties, glass transition temperature (T) and steel/PTFE tensile shear bonding strength of the toughened epoxy adhesive. The results showed that when increasing amount of ATBN toughening agent, the tensile strength of epoxy adhesive decreased slowly, while its ultimate elongation and adhesive strength both increased significantly. However, the type of ATBN had no significant effect on the mechanical properties of epoxy adhesive except T. When the amount of epoxy resin/ATBN× 16/hardener/accelerator was 100/50/45/1.5 phr, the comprehensive properties of the epoxy adhesive were the best. The tensile strength, ultimate elongation and tensile shear bonding strength reached 26.6 MPa, 19.2%, and 12.8 MPa, respectively, and the high and low Tg were 90.8 ℃ and -44.3 ℃.
