摘要
研究了Sn、Cr合金化元素对蠕墨铸铁常温和高温条件下力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加Sn元素能提高蠕墨铸铁常温力学性能,用量为0.06%时效果最好,该条件下高温性能保持率也最高;添加0.4%的Cr能进一步提高蠕墨铸铁的常温和高温力学性能,且具有更高的屈强比。
The effect of the alloying elements Sn and Cr on the mechanical properties of the vermicular graphite cast iron at room temperature and high temperature was investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties of vermicular graphite cast iron at room temperature is improved after adding Sn into the iron, and the optimal Sn content is 0.06%. In this case the retention rate of the mechanical properties of the iron at high temperature is also best. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of the vermicular graphite cast iron at room temperature and high temperature could be further enhanced after adding 4% Cr into the iron, and the yield ratio of the iron is also improved.
