摘要
以5052铝合金为对象,利用化学镀的方法制备Ni-P镀层使5052铝合金表面强化,在盐雾腐蚀试验机上进行耐腐蚀实验,观察分析腐蚀后的表面-界面形貌和物相组成等。结果表明,Ni-P镀层是由结合紧密的胞状颗粒构成。腐蚀后,Ni-P镀层中产生黑色的碳硅氧化物杂质,削弱镀层的耐腐蚀性能。
The Ni-P amorphous coating on 5052 aluminum alloy was prepared by chemical plating, and the corrosion behavior of the coating was studied. The results show that the Ni-P coating is constituted by compact cellular particles. After corrosion, carbon and silicon oxides appear, which weaken the corrosion resistance of Ni-P coating.
