摘要 多种原因如高糖、缺血等,可导致心肌纤维化的发生。纤维化主要与细胞外基质的合成与分解失衡相关,可导致器官功能不全。微小核糖核苷酸(mcroRNA)参与了组织器官纤维化的发生发展,现将其研究进展进行综述。 A variety of reasons,such as sugar and ischemia,can lead to the myocardial fibrosis.Fibrosis is associated with the synthesis and decomposition of extracellular matrix and can lead to organ dysfunction.McroRNA involved in the development of tissue fibrosis.Now we review the research progress between microRNAs and tissue fibrosis.
