摘要
对科技金融体系有序性进行定义,运用问卷调查、专家打分法和信息熵原理构建科技金融体系有序性评价指标体系;构建科技金融体系有序性判别模型,考虑到评价指标的权重对灰熵结果的影响,提出加权灰熵的算法,使结果更加真实、合理;收集辽宁省2001-2011年的数据进行实例分析,为科技金融体系的有序发展提供理论依据。
In this paper, the orderliness of science & technology finance system is defined firstly, and the evaluation index system of the orderliness of science & technology finance system is established through questionnaire survey, expert scoring method and information entropy principle ; Then the model of order differentiation of science & technology finance system is established, and the weighted degree of grey entropy is advanced in consideration of the weight of evaluation index having an effect on grey entropy for making the results more realistic and reasonable; Finally, the data of Liaoning province from 2001 to 2011 is collected for the empirical analysis to provide theoretical basis for the orderly development of science & technology finance system and have a certain guiding significance.
