摘要
研究纳米维生素D3相对于普通维生素D3的生物学效价,为纳米维生素D。在生产中的应用提供理论依据。采用单因素完全随机设计,选取792只健康、体质量基本一致的1日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为11个处理,每处理6个重复,每重复12只,试验期为21d。其中,第1组饲喂基础日粮,未加入任何一种维生素D3;2~6组在基础日粮中添加普通维生素D3(200、400、600、800、1000IU/kg);7~11组在基础日粮中添加纳米维生素D3(200、400、600、800、1000IU/kg)。结果表明,与对照组比较,普通维生素D3组和纳米维生素D。组对1~21目龄肉鸡的平均日增量、日采食量、料重比、胫骨长度、直径、质量、强度、灰分比例均有显著影响(P〈0.05),而对胫骨灰分钙比例、磷比例影响不显著(P〉0.05)。应用指数模型分析得出,纳米维生素聩的生物学效价分别为普通维生素D3的174%(日采食量)、119%(胫骨强度)和113%(胫骨灰分比例)。
An experiment was conducted to evaluate the relative bio-value of nano vitamin D3. A total of 792 one-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 11 groups with 6 replicates in each group a 12 broilers in each replicate in a completely randomized design. Ordinary vitamin D3 and nano vitamin D3 were used to provide 0,200,400,600,800,1 000 IU/kg activity in a nutritionally completed cornsoybean meal diet. Compared to control,results showed that average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI),feed conversion(FCR), tibia length, diameter, weight, strength and ash ratio were increased significantly by increasing ordinary vitamin Da and nano vitamin D3 levels(P〈0.05). However,no significant differences on the proportion of calcium phosphorus ratio of tibia ash(P〉0.05). By using the index model,with the ADFI,tibia strength,tibia ash ratio as index,the relative biological value of nano vitamin D3 for ordinary vitamin D3 is 174% ,119% ,113%.
