摘要
为探究绿原酸对小鼠血糖浓度的影响,选用健康正常成年小鼠为对照组,尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶为处理组建立高血糖小鼠模型。绿原酸采用高(2 500μg/g)、中(250μg/g)、低(25μg/g)剂量,连续对小鼠给药6d后,采用葡萄糖氧化酶法和班氏试剂显色法,测定正常小鼠及四氧嘧啶诱导高血糖小鼠血糖浓度和肝糖原质量分数的变化,并观察小鼠肝脏病理切片变化。结果显示,绿原酸对正常小鼠血糖浓度没有影响,而对四氧嘧啶诱导的高血糖模型小鼠有增加肝糖原质量分数,降低血糖浓度的作用。小鼠肝脏病理切片亦显示出相应的变化。结果表明,绿原酸对辅助降血糖有一定的作用,而这一作用可能是通过将葡萄糖直接转换为肝糖原来实现的。
To investigatet the effect of chlorogenic acid on blood glucose concentration of mice, diabetic mice models were set up by injection of alloxan through the healthy adult mice tail vein. The control group also was set up. We observed the changes of blood glucose concentration and hepatic glucose mass fraction of model mice by the glucose oxidase method and Ben's reagent colorimetric method after 6-day experiment with chlorogenic acid of high, medium and low dose(2 500,250,25 μg/g). The pathological changes of liver slices were also observed. The results showed that chlorogenic acid was able to inhabit the blood glucose concentration of alloxan induced hyperglycemina mice and to increase the mass fraction of hepatic glucose. The pathological situation of liver slices were also changed accordingly. In conclusion, chlorogenic acid has the assistant effect in lowering blood glucose. This effect may complete throuth the glucose converting into liver glycogen.
