不同施肥条件下水稻冠层光谱特征与叶绿素含量的相关性 被引量:14

Correlation between Rice Canopy Spectral Reflectance and Leaf Chlorophyll under Different Fertilization

摘要 通过田间小区试验,分析不同施肥条件下水稻不同生育期冠层反射光谱和叶绿素含量(SPAD)的变化特征,利用数学统计方法分析高光谱植被指数与叶绿素含量的相关性。结果表明,水稻冠层光谱反射率,从拔节期到抽穗期,在可见光波段很低且差异不明显,在近红外波段逐渐提高;从抽穗期到乳熟期,在可见光波段逐渐提高,在近红外波段逐渐降低。不同施肥条件下水稻冠层光谱差异明显,尤其在近红外波段表现特别明显,随施肥水平的提高,光谱反射率明显提高。水稻叶绿素含量随施氮水平的提高而逐渐增加。随生物质炭水平的提高,水稻叶绿素含量逐渐增加,当生物质炭超过一定值时,叶绿素含量反而降低。整个生育期,除乳熟期施氮肥0kg/hm2(N0)处理外,其他处理的PSSRa、PSSRb与叶绿素含量呈显著相关。拔节期,施生物质炭为9 000kg/hm2(C3)处理的mSR705和mND705与叶绿素含量呈显著负相关,其他处理为显著正相关。 Through the field experiment, the rice canopy spectral reflectance and chlorophyll content (SPAD) characteristics were measured under different fertilization and different development stages, then mathematical statistics methods was used to analyze the correlation of spectral vegetation index and chlorophyll content. The results showed that the spectral reflectance changed with different development stage, from jointing stage to heading stage, the spectral reflectance of the canopy was very small and no obvious difference in the visible band but spectral reflectance of the canopy was bigger in the near infrared region. From heading stage to milk stage, the spectral reflectance of the canopy was gradually getting bigger in the visible region and smaller in the near infrared region. The spectral differences were significant under different fertilization, in the near infrared region performance particularly evident, with the improvement of fertilizer levels, spectral reflectance was getting higher. With the increase of nitrogen level, the chlorophyll content of rice was growing. With the improvement of the level of biochar, chlorophyll content of rice increased, when biochar reached a certain value, the chlorophyll content decreased. During the whole growth period, except for the NO treatment at milk stage, the PSSRa and PSSRb in other treatments were highly significantly associated with chlorophyll content. At jointing stage, the rnSR705 and mND705 of C3 treatment was significantly negative correlation with chlorophyll content, other treatments were significant positive correlation.
