摘要
为了给细旦扁平纤维的纺丝生产提供参考,采用熔体直纺工艺路线,通过对熔体输送条件、纺丝工艺、卷绕工艺等的生产试验,探讨扁平细旦丝的生产技术,分析不同工艺条件对纺丝稳定性和纤维品质的影响。试验结果表明:熔体输送温度278~282℃,纺丝温度289~292℃,集柬高度800mm,环吹风压15~20Pa、风温(20±1)℃、风相对湿度75%~85%,纺丝速度2525m/min,卷绕角5.5°~6°,接触压力95~110N,可以产出满足生产要求的细旦扁平涤纶预取向丝。
To provide reference for spinning production of fine-denier flat fiber, this paper discusses manufacturing technology of fiat fine-denier filament and analyzes the influence of different technological conditions on spinning stability and fiber quality through production test on melt transfer conditions, spinning technology and winding process with the process route of melt direct spinning. The test result shows that melt transfer temperature 278-282 ℃, spinning temperature 289-292 ℃, bundling height 800 mm, quench wind pressure 15-20 Pa, air temperature (20 ± 1 ) ℃, relative humidity of wind 75% -85% , spinning speed 2 525 m/min, winding angle 5.5 °-6° and contact pressure 95-110 N can produce fine-denier flat polyester POY meeting production requirements.
