摘要
以齐墩果酸标准品为对照,建立标准曲线。以安徽野生绞股蓝为原料,采用纤维素酶预先处理原料后,用酒精浸提得总皂苷提取液,利用分光光度法对提取液进行检测。在单因素实验的基础上进行正交实验,对绞股蓝总皂苷的提取工艺进行了优化,确定了最佳工艺条件为:预先使用0.5%纤维素酶,在55℃下,酶解原料1 h,后用乙醇体积分数为80%,料液比1:30,70℃提取25 min,绞股蓝总皂苷的最大提取率为3.051%。
This article is based on the standard for oleanolic acid, establish standard curve. In Anhui wild gynostemma pentaphyllum juice raw materials, cellulase is preconditioned raw materials, after using alcohol immersion saponins. Using spectrophotometric method of gynostemma saponins extract, extraction of ginsenosides. By single factor and orthogonal experiment, the extraction of gynostemma saponins made system is studied. And considering the impact factors in the process of extracting the gynostemma saponins. Determine the optimum technological conditions for advance in cellulase, use 0.5% 55 ℃, zymolysing raw materials 1 h, 70 ℃extraction temperature, concentration of alcohol 80%, ratio 1:30, 25 min extraction time, The maximum extraction rate of Gypenosides was 3.051%.
