CO_2气调对烟草甲的毒力作用及其能源物质的含量和利用率 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究CO2气调对烟草甲的毒力作用,以及在CO2致死作用下烟草甲体内能源物质的含量和利用情况,为从生理生化角度探讨CO2气调的作用机制提供参考。【方法】试验在温度(25±1)℃、湿度(70±5)%的条件下进行。CO2气调水平设置10%,30%,50%,70%和90%5个梯度,每隔3h观察其对烟草甲的致死情况。另外,不同气调致死后,采用相关的化学方法测定烟草甲体内多糖、可溶性蛋白质及脂肪的含量,计算其利用率。【结果】随着CO2水平的升高,其对烟草甲的毒力增强,10%CO2水平下,LT50和LT99(50%、99%烟草甲死亡所需时间)分别为23.21和128.06h;90%CO2水平下,分别为7.26和19.25h。随着CO2气调水平的升高,烟草甲体内多糖、可溶性蛋白质和脂肪等能源物质的含量显著增加,但均显著低于对照,且对3种能源物质的利用率均显著降低;同一CO2水平下,烟草甲对3种能源物质的利用率均具有显著差异,其大小顺序为脂肪>多糖>可溶性蛋白质。【结论】CO2水平越高,对烟草甲的毒力作用越强;高CO2水平致死作用下,烟草甲对能源物质的利用率显著降低,脂肪是烟草甲应对气调胁迫的主要能源物质。 【Objective】This paper discussed the toxicity of different CO2 concentrations to Lasioderma serricorne and the content and utilization of energy substances(polysaccharides,soluble protein and lipid)in L.serricorne to explore the control mechanism of CO2 to L.serricorne at physiological and biochemical level.【Method】The experiment was conducted at constant temperature of(25±1)℃and relative humidity of(75±5)%.L.serricorne were exposed to different CO2concentrations(10%,30%,50%,70% and90%)to observe its mortality every 3hours until all the insects were dead.In addition,the contents of polysaccharide,soluble protein and lipid in L.serricorne were determined by related biochemistry methods after death and their utilization rates were calculated.【Result】The toxicity to L.serricorneincreased as the increase of CO2 concentration.The LT50 and LT99 were 23.21 hand 128.06 hunder 10% CO2 and they de-creased to 7.26 and 19.25 hunder 90% CO2.The contents of energy substances in L.serricorneincreased significantly with the increase of CO2 concentration,but all were significantly lower than in control.There were significant differences in the utilization of the three energy substances under the same CO2 concentration,the utilization rates were in a decreasing order of lipid〉polysaccharide〉soluble protein.【Conclusion】The toxicity to L.serricorneincreased as the increase of CO2 concentration.The utilization rates of energy substances were significantly decreased by high CO2 concentration,and lipid was the main energy source in response to CO2 exposure.
