摘要
目的 了解在校医学生的廉洁行医意识现状及对教育的态度与需求,并分析其影响因素,为针对性地开展廉洁行医教育工作提供理论依据。方法 自行设计在校医学生廉洁行医意识调查问卷,2014年9~11月分别对湖南省4所医学院校临床实习前的530名在校医学生的廉洁行医意识现状及对廉洁行医教育的态度与需求情况进行调查,所得数据进行统计描述和两独立样本t检验分析。结果 在校医学生廉洁行医意识得分为（29.61±2.07）分。农村生源、非医务人员子女及在校女医学生的廉洁行医意识得分高于城镇生源、医务人员子女及在校男医学生,差异均有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。在校医学生中分别有86.8%、75.1%的人认为医学院校有必要开展廉洁行医教育并表示愿意参加教育活动;分别有27.5%、21.1%的人认为辩论赛、演讲比赛和党团活动教育是廉洁行医教育活动的最佳形式。结论 总体上在校医学生廉洁行医意识处于中等稍偏上水平,高等医学院校应有针对性地深入开展廉洁行医素质教育。
Objective To understand the current situation of school medical students＇ awareness of practicing medicine honestly and their attitude towards the relevant education, as well as the demand for the education, to analyze its influ- encing factors and provide a theoretical foundation for carrying out the targeted education on honest medicine practice. Methods Self-designed questionnaires about school medical students＇ awareness of practicing medicine honestly were used to respectively investigate the current situation of 530 school medical students＇ awareness of practicing medicine honestly and their attitude towards the relevant education, as well as the demand for the education who came from 4 medical colleges in Hu＇nan Province and had not started clinical practice. Statistical description and t-test analysis were conducted to the obtained data. Results School medical students＇ awareness of practicing medicine honestly achieved the score of （29.61 ±2.07） scores. Students from rural areas, children of non-medical staff and girl medical students achieved higher awareness scores than those from towns and cities, children of medical staffs and boy medical students, the differences all had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. 86.8% of those surveyed school medical students believed that it was necessary for medical colleges to carry out education on honest medicine practice, and 75.1% of them expressed their willingness to participate in the education. Respectively, 27.5% and 21.1% of those surveyed believed debate contest, speech contest and party activity education were the best forms of education on honest medicine prac- tice. Conclusion On the whole, school medical students＇ awareness of practicing medicine honestly is at the medium and slightly upper level, and medical colleges and universities should carry out targeted and in-depth education on the quality of honest medicine practice.
