摘要
球形碳酸锶是高附加值的高纯碳酸锶产品,主要用于高品质电子元件的生产。首先对影响晶体形貌的因素作了简要介绍,再按反应体系分类,分别叙述了氯化锶法、硝酸锶法以及氢氧化锶法用于制备球形碳酸锶的研究进展情况,最后对调控碳酸锶成球形最主要的几种方法的机理做了初步探讨。
Spherical strontium carbonate is one of high purity strontium carbonate products which is an im- portant and high-value material. It has been mainly used in the production of high-quality electronic components. In this paper, the factors of affecting the crystal morphology were introduced in brief firstly, the progress of SrCl2 method, Sr( NO3 )2 and Sr(OH)2 method in preparation of spherical strontium carbonate were introduced secondly, then the mechanism of the main methods to strontium carbonate with spherical morphology were analyzed in the end.
