摘要
基于地方本科院校转型发展背景下，分析了许昌旅游教育中存在专业构成比例失调、教师结构单一、人才培养与市场需求结合不紧密等问题，并阐述了许昌旅游产业发展存在旅游景点单一、旅游企业规模小、旅游人才不足等问题，针对这些问题，提出旅游教育要与旅游主管政府部门、旅游行业协会以及旅游企业等进行互动发展的策略。
Based on the development background of the transformation of local undergraduate colleges,analyzes the professional composition ratio imbalance,teachers structure is single,personnel training and the market demand is not so close to the existing problem of combination of tourism education in Xuchang, and analyzes the existing problems of Xuchang tourism industry development of tourist attractions,tour the single enterprise scale is small,the tourism talent shortage, aiming at these problems,put forward the tourism education should interact with competent government department of tourism development,tourism industry associations and tourism enterprises strategy.
