摘要
太阳电池阵作为航天器电源系统的关键组件之一,其性能衰变将直接影响电源系统工作状态,从而影响整个航天器的工作状态。太阳电池(三结砷化镓太阳电池和镓铟磷顶太阳电池)在轨运行期间,污染与紫外协合对太阳电池的开路电压和短路电流产生影响,从而造成性能下降。研究了太阳电池污染与紫外协合效应的试验方法,包括试验设备、试验过程和试验数据处理等,为航天器设计阶段提供参考。
The power of solar cells is one of the most important subsystems of satellites, thus its performance decay will directly affect the working condition of power system, then affect the working condition of the whole spacecraft. During orbital operation, the output of solar cells, including GaI nP /GaA s/Ge and GaI nP solar cells, will decrease because of contamination and ultraviolet synergistic effects. This paper researches the test methods of contamination and ultraviolet synergistic effectsfor solar cells consists of test equipments, test procedure and test data analysis. The study offers references for spacecraft design.
